What do you do when you need to get some art work done, and you just don't feel creative? I know I have done some of my best and some of my worst work during times like this!

I agree with you Laura, music is a good promoter of creativity or at least "calming" me to where I can sit and paint. Otherwise, sometimes I feel like I start thinking about all the chores I should be doing. Another is flipping through my "Pastels" magazine or looking at your website. That def gets the painting juices flowing. Deb

ReplyDeleteI also love to look through art books, magazines, or websites for inspiration. And you're so sweet say that about my website. I work really hard on it, and it makes it all worthwhile when someone says something like you just did. :)
In my particular case I might come back as you well said. Also it is a good tip to sleep, taking a nap it is always useful. or, it happened to me sleeping at night when you go with something rumbling in your mind the solution always come while sleeping and dreaming..... Nowadayas and being a Master in Reiki I am used to meditating a lot and it is always a great help since intuition is present.
